Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1.5 oz Irish whisky
Heavy cream, slightly whipped
Directions:
Fill footed mug with hot water to preheat it - then empty. Pour piping hot cofffee into glass until about 3/4 of the way full.Â
Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Blend in Irish whisky.
Top with a collar of whipped heavy cream by pouring gently over the back of a soon. Serve hot.
