Garlic Herb Mini quiches
Ingredients:
1 6.5 oz package garlic herb cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
3 packages (1.0 oz each) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
2 Tbsp minced parsley
Minched chives
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, beat the cheese, milk and eggs.Â
Place tart shells on an ungreased baking sheet and fill each with 2 tsp mixture. Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until filling is set and shells are lightly browned. Sprinkle with chives.
